Balance Action established by E. Pluribus Massey Jr. August of 2006, was created to support employers to resourcefully merge a person’s professional and personal life for the high level of excellence of both. The primary purpose of “Balance Action” is to effectively Increase levels of production and satisfaction for people in the workforce and boost that person to a more contented quality home life.
